Cancellation and Refund Policy

1) Clients have the freedom to terminate the service at any point, but no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the current month. Written notification is required from the customer, which can be submitted via text or email. Although future payments will be halted upon cancellation, partial reimbursements will not be granted.

2) Refunds are not provided once work has commenced due to the nature of the job.

3) Clients will not be eligible for refunds if they do not adhere to VISIBLE GROWTH LLC’s guidance and approvals for specific “White Hat” practices, including SEO research methods, content adjustments, keyword optimization, webpage analysis techniques, website connectivity, and structural modifications.

4) No refunds will be issued if the client engages the services of another SEO company during the contract term with us or simultaneously implements SEO strategies on their website.

5) No rebate will be issued if the client fails to furnish the requisite web access for SEO purposes or if the client’s website is inactive or malfunctioning.

6) No reimbursement will be provided once the customer has given approval for the mock-up designs and the project progresses to the testing phase.

7) We do not accommodate cancellations for special event-related services organized by our sales team. These offerings are time-sensitive and require a minimum of 30 days’ notice for cancellation.

8) While SEO optimization and other online marketing packages are non-refundable, clients may cancel by providing written notice at least 15 days in advance.

9) We do not provide refunds or reimbursements for projects that have been inactive, neglected, or dormant for more than 30 days.
